Coaching Plans
For the Inaugural year, 2026, we will offer spots for 12 total athletes, four at each tier (Personal, Personal Plus, and Personal Optimum). This limit is to ensure that each athlete gets the best service possible. This is my commitment to you: your training plan is designed for your specific needs and not one for the masses. Please, don’t be intimated, all tiers are open to athletes of all levels and experience. Every one from total beginners to world class athletes can benefit from a coach.
All coaching services available in English and/or Swedish and open to athletes living anywhere in the world.
As our business grows, we look forward to opening more athlete spots in 2027.

All plans start with a video chat to get to know you, establish a running background, and better understand your goals (20-30 minutes for this tier).

Monthly training plan based on your short and long term goals.

This plan is adjustable on a monthly basis, depending on how the previous month of training and racing has gone.

Athlete feedback provided monthly via video chat (about 20 minutes) and ongoing via email/chat feature in Final Surge.

In the event of injury or illness, every attempt will be made to adjust your plan as quickly as possible, however, Plus and Optimum members do have higher priority

Injury diagnosis and rehab/treatment suggestions available and subject to additional hourly fee.

This plan is adjustable on a weekly basis, depending on how last week went.

Athlete feedback provided via biweekly video chat (about 20-30 minutes) and ongoing via email/chat feature in Final Surge.

In the event of injury or illness, every attempt to adjust your training plan quickly, however, Optimum members do have the highest priority.

Injury diagnosis and rehab/training suggestions available and are subject to an hourly fee.

At this tier, feedback is available daily and your plan can be adjusted as often as needed.

Video chats available as often as weekly, or more often depending on athlete need.

Injury and rehab/training advice are included in this plan and available with quick service.

The OPTIMUM plan gives you access to a personal coach (almost) 24/7. Maybe there has been a change in weather, work or family demands, or your race schedule has changed, we’ll be in communication to trouble shoot and keep you moving consistently toward your goals.
